Face and neck for dynamic lines: Botox causes the temporary relaxation of muscles. It has been used safely for millions of people to decrease the appearance of facial lines and wrinkles without surgery. The treatment is a quick procedure with no downtime and significant improvement in 7 to 10 days. There are three main areas that may be treated with Botox: between the eyebrows, the forehead horizontal lines, and the area lateral to the eyes (crow's feet).

Excessive sweating (medically known as hyperhidrosis) is a common condition affecting the hands, underarms and feet, as well as other body areas in certain instances (e.g. buttocks or face).
Botox is a highly effective treatment that chemically disables the sweat glands without causing permanent damage.
Results are visible at 3-7 days after injection, and last 6-12 months on average.
100u are required on average for the underarm area – R4500.
100u - 200u are required on average for the hands or the feet:
• R4500 – R9000/hands;
• R4500 – R9000/feet.
Underarms are minimally painful.
Hands and feet require local anaesthetic cream, and in some cases, a nerve block, to minimize discomfort.
Bruxism is the medical term for unconscious teeth clenching and grinding, either while awake or asleep. Chronic teeth grinding can cause headaches and dental problems. Hypertrophy of the masseter muscle, which may lead to the appearance of a severe square jaw, is another side effect of bruxism. Treatments with Botox, can provide tremendous relief from jaw soreness, headaches, and other unpleasant problems associated with Bruxism, it can also soften the appearance of the jaw line.
By injecting small doses of Botox directly into the masseter muscle (the large muscle that moves the jaw), the muscle is weakened enough to stop involuntary grinding of the teeth and clenching of the jaw. This significantly relaxes the muscle and reduces the wear and tear on the teeth due to grinding. Voluntary movements, such as chewing and facial expressions, are not effected at all. Although botox injections are not a cure for bruxism, they can effectively control the uncomfortable symptoms better than a dental plate for some patients. Botox used for treating bruxism typically lasts for three to four months.
